Special arrangements can be made for the following:

-Use of the kitchen 

-Accommodation of pets

 

Smoking is not permitted indoors

There will be a charge for any breakages

 

We ask for you to keep noise levels to a minimum after 10pm in respect of other guests

 

We do not accept responsibility for any lost or stolen items 

 

No children or animals should be left alone in the B&B at any time
